Liu Di, professor at the School of Comprehensive Policy and Graduate School, Xinglin University. His main research areas include modern Japanese politics, modern Chinese politics, China-Japan relations, and political economy. He graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a master’s degree and obtained a doctoral degree in law from the Graduate School of Law at Waseda University. He has served as an editor and journalist at the International Department of People’s Daily and as a foreign researcher at Waseda University. He is also a columnist for the Nikkei Asian Review. His publications include An overview of modern western news legal system, Modern Chinese Federalist Thought, Japan, New Insights into Chinese Business, among others.
