The Northwest University team made up by Wei Zhenggang and Duan Beilei won the third place in the west China area on the sixteenth "FLTRP • Amazon Cup" National English Debating Competition under the guidance of the teacher, Xuan Jing from the school of Foreign Languages from June. 1sttoJune.3rd. "FLTRP Cup" National English Debating Competition was founded in 1997, domestic founder of the oldest, largest, and the level of the highest and most influential national spoken English events. The regional tournament teams participating from 62 colleges and universities from Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia, Sichuan, Yunnan, and after five games of the round robin, competing for 14 places qualify for the finals in Beijing.
In mid-July, Weizheng Gang, bud students will represent our school to participate in the finals held in Beijing.
