To further advance the comprehensive reform of graduate education in the new era, comprehensively improve the quality and level of graduate education, and implement the requirements of the 2023 project in Graduate School for enhancing the quality of graduate education, the school organized a review meeting on November 13th in the afternoon at the fifth-floor conference room of the West Building. Members of the Teaching Committee attended the meeting, which was chaired by Dean Cao Ruonan.
The Graduate Education Quality Improvement Project includes nine components, such as research and practice projects on comprehensive graduate education reform, construction of high-quality graduate textbooks, and collaborative course development between the university and enterprises. Following a comprehensive review, members of the Teaching Committee in our school ranked a total of sixteen projects across eight categories proposed by faculty members. After the conclusion of the public notice period, the results will be reported to the Graduate School.
Applying for the Graduate Education Quality Improvement Project helps to align with the evaluation indicators and elements related to the quality of graduate education in the construction of degree-granting points. It has a wide scope and a strong target, and serves as an important means for our school to concentrate efforts on organized scientific research, further integrate resources, and enhance the quality of graduate education in a systematic manner starting from specific projects.
