The 7th Foreign Cultures Festival Closing Ceremony and freshmen welcome party was held on the December 1 afternoon in the NWU south campus auditorium. The school leaders and teachers, counselors and students watched the performance.
At the beginning, the leaders presented the prizes to the winners in the festival personally, and then came the freshmen welcome party. The performances are various showing the unique styles of different cultures, the fashionable European modern dancing, classic Shakespeare play, graceful Guzheng play, passionate Latin dance and affectionate English songs all show the warm welcome to the freshmen.
Two- week foreign cultures festival expanded the range of students' knowledge, set up a stage for the study exchange, ignited students' passion of foreign language study and advertised our school further at the same time.
