The eighth Foreign Culture Festival sponsored by the School of Foreign Languages and the Communist Youth League Committee of the university was opened at noon of November the ninth in music square of Chang’an campus. Yan Hanping, the Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of the university, Liu Xiaozhong, Vice Director of Student Affairs Division and other leaders of school attended the opening ceremony.
