Teaching Affairs

In order to further enhance the teaching quality of the Russian major and promote the comprehensive development of the discipline, Li Min, Vice Dean of Teaching, Mei Zilin, Director of the Russian Department, made a special visit to the Russian Department of Xi'an International Studies University on the afternoon of November 20th to consult with Director Zhao Hong on the experience and insights regarding professional development. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on issues such as curriculum design, faculty development, and professional positioning and adjustment in the Russian major. Director Zhao Hong highly praised the construction of the Russian major at School of Foreign Languages of Northwest University over the past four years and shared successful experiences in implementing the "Understanding Contemporary China" series of courses and ensuring teaching quality at the School of Russian Language of Xi'an International Studies University.

This event provided valuable insights for the future development of our Russian major. In future work, our Department of Russian Language will continue to draw on advanced experiences, establish its own characteristics, enhance the level of faculty, and strive to cultivate more outstanding Russian talents adapted to the needs of the times.
